Over the Hill on Mac

I looked at the Steam app details for a Mac download and the platforms.mac flag was false. The Mac requirements HTML was an empty list. I am not going to dress that up as 'coming to Mac' when the developer has not said so.
The store says no
On 16 October 2026 Steam sold Over the Hill for Windows and Linux only. macOS was not a purchase target. If a Mac store page appears later, this page should change. It has not appeared.
Workarounds such as a Windows virtual machine or a cloud PC are your own setup, not a Funselektor Mac port. GeForce Now is the cloud path the developer has actually named, and it still needs a Steam copy of the PC game. See how to buy it.
What Mac players can watch for
The studio has talked about PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2 in 2027. A Mac version was not in that sentence. Steam metadata still marks macOS unsupported in the 17 October 2026 check.
