Over the Hill price reveal
Checked 17 October 2026. Updated 2026-10-17.
Before 24 August 2026 I would not have put a dollar figure on this site. The studio’s price post is the first place the $24.99 number is theirs, not a rumour. I rechecked the store on 16 October and the base price was still that number, with a temporary 20 percent cut on top.
The numbers in the post
Base game $24.99. Soundtrack, a separate app, $9.99. Supporter Edition $9.99. A bundle of the game, the soundtrack, and the supporter pack was listed at $37.99. The post said there would not be any pre-orders.
Supporter contents in the complete wording: a special in-game name tag, exclusive cosmetics, a unique camping site, printable maps, and a new album of 4K wallpapers. None of those items is a vehicle.
What changed later
Launch added a 20 percent discount to $19.99. The research notes put the discount end at 28 October 2026, 17:00 UTC. The base price did not change. The live page for the moving number is price.
This post did not set the release date. That was 10 August. It did not put the game on macOS or phones. Those answers stay on platforms.
